Coast Ophelia Maxi Dress in Turquoise Multi

The Coast Ophelia Maxi Dress is a sleeveless bandeau style maxi dress in shades of turquoise, red, pink, yellow, green and black with an all over tropical floral design. It is has no shoulder straps but it does have a plaited halterneck tie which is long and drapes down the back. There is also a similar band that goes around the dress under the bust, giving this dress and empire line.
